Sam Wolter was a Duke Law student in the class of 2023 and a member of the American Predatory Lending team for the 2021-2022 academic year. He was a member of the oral history policy team and provided support for the data team. Sam conducted several oral histories and drew from the APL archives to produce a research paper examining the history of the Georgia Fair Lending Act. He was interested in the project because of an interest in public policy, financial regulation, and the oral history process.
