Jeffrey Hearne is Director of Litigation and Advocacy Director of the Tenants’ Rights Project at Legal Services of Greater Miami. LSGM is the largest provider of civil legal services for the Greater Miami low-income community. Mr. Hearne represents low-income tenants, with a focus on those tenants living in subsidized housing, mobile homes, and foreclosed properties. In 2018, he was named Consumer Protection Lawyer of the Year by the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Hearne is also the Director of the Miami University School of Law’s Tenants’ Rights Clinic. He attended the University of Texas School of Law.
